Application: 

The Davenport School District’s new alternative high school opened in a remodeled medical office building and offers students a non-traditional classroom setting with collaborative learning spaces.

Function:

The schools entrance is marked by MCHS lettering that is blast-etched onto four mesh, in-tension panels hung with an eyebolt attachment system. Cambridge created a custom metal fabric weave called GRILLE.

Benefit:

Hung over Mid City’s entrance, the lettering provides a bold statement of the school’s identity.
